Quinta do Lago is situated in the Algarve’s largest nature reserve, Ria Formosa. Because of this, the beaches and access to nature are superb. Here you can enjoy easy walks, cycle rides, kayaking, boat trips, swimming, and surfing. Plus, numerous other activities which take place throughout the year. This also means that there will be no further commercial or touristic construction in or around the resort, as it has reached the density quota.

There are 15 restaurants in Quinta do Lago, from Michelin star fine dining to beach bar lunches, all of which are situated in and around the resort. Quinta do Lago identifies and has been awarded as Portugal’s best resort for various reasons and is synonymous with the rich and famous. Golf, tennis, and football are all played here. o All the apartments will be managed, fully furnished and equipped according to Wyndham Grand five-star standards.

o Owners can use their apartment for up to 12 weeks (ad aeternum), with a maximum of 2 weeks in high season and a maximum three weeks in medium season and seven in the low season (winter).

o When using their apartment, owners have access to all of the Hotel’s services and facilities and have several owners’ privileges and discounts.

o When owners are not using the apartment i.e., the apartment is automatically available to be rented to guests in a rental pool system managed by Wyndham Grand Algarve which ensures that the owner will receive a potential high rental income for as long as they own the apartment i.e. until they decide to sell it.

o Owners receive a guaranteed net rental yield of 4% per year for the first 5 years for sales closed until the 31st of August 2021. This 4% is calculated on the price of the apartment (excluding furniture) and is net of all condominium fees & running costs but before taxes.

o Immediate occupancy: as the Hotel opened on the 28th of May 2021.
